Matthew 5:43-48, Love for Enemies

Matthew 5:43-48, Love for Enemies

Jesus seems pretty clear here. Again, if Christians over the past 2,000 years had practiced this, we would live in a different world.

Paul expands on this in Romans 12, and also quotes Proverbs:

If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat;
    if he is thirsty, give him water to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head,
    and the Lord will reward you.

Who is your enemy? What would it look like to love them today?
