I wonder if the disciples rebuked the children because of the conversation they were in the middle of…?
The kingdom of heaven belongs to people who are like children and yet we keep trying to make children act like adults.
Do you remember what it was like to be a child?
Children learn through play. They ask questions – a lot of questions – they are curious about the world. Children have crazy dreams about the things they might be when they grow up. Children don’t see the barriers that we do.
This is the second call that Jesus makes for us to be like children when approaching the kingdom.
